State Adoptions

Codes are adopted locally; the codes listed below may not apply at the local level. The AZ-Department of Health Services adopts a minimum code for licensed health care facilities statewide. AZ Department of Housing adopts minimum codes for manufactured housing. AZ- Office of the State Fire Marshal adopts a minimum statewide fire code (currently the 2018 International Fire Code).
