2021 IBC, IRC, IEBC, and 2018 IECC adopted statewide by New Mexico Construction Industries Division (CID) as minimum state codes. A few local jurisdictions adopt codes under home rule. 2015 IFC adopted statewide by the State Fire Marshal's Office and the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission.
