Event Registration and Logistics Services

Hosting a training event? Let the Learning Center handle the administrative logistics so that you have the freedom to focus on the success of the event. The Learning Center will assist with learner registration, financial management, course accreditation (continuing education units), certificates of completion, reporting, tracking and event marketing. Our efficient processes, vast experience, and credible expertise in registration and event logistics have proven to be effective time after time.

Hire ICC to Teach

No travel budget? No problem. The ICC Learning Center will bring the training to you. You establish the date, time, place and topic and we will take care of the rest. Select training topics from a comprehensive course catalog that best suit the needs and budget of your organizations/jurisdictions and we will provide a trainer and course materials.

Customized Training

Don’t see it? Customize it. The Learning Center knows that one size does not fit all when it comes to training. Our customized training service will design and develop a course with your specific needs in mind. Need to flip the classroom content into online learning? We can do that, too!

About the Author

Tracy L. Lendi, Ph.D., MBA, is the vice president of training and education at the International Code Council. She previously worked with SP+ Corporation for 10 years and served as the director of training and development. She holds a doctorate in adult education with a focus on instructional design for online learning from Capella University, and a master's degree in both business administration and in training and development from Roosevelt University. Dr. Lendi received Training Magazine’s Young Trainer of the Year Award in 2008 and the Award of Excellence by the National Association of Professional Women in 2010.
