Building regulations in the United Kingdom are nationally enforced and can be found online at the UK Government legislation portal. Implementation and enforcement of building safety codes and standards are the independent responsibility of each country. In England, building safety oversight is the responsibility of the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government.
