Dr. Tracy Lendi Appointed Co-Vice Chair on ANSI Committee on Education
Dr. Tracy Lendi will work to develop a long-term strategy to promote the integration of standards and conformity assessment into curricula to educate the next generation of business leaders.
Dr. Tracy Lendi, Vice President, Instructional Design and Delivery, for the International Code Council’s Training department, was recently appointed to Co-Vice Chair on the American National Standards Institute’s (ANSI) Committee on Education (COE). The COE oversees ANSI initiatives, related to standards and conformity assessment education and strives to introduce the importance of standards to the academic community.
With her new position, Dr. Tracy Lendi will work with the COE to develop a long-term strategy to promote the integration of standards and conformity assessment into engineering/technology, business, public policy and law school curricula to educate the next generation of business leaders.
She will also assist in developing educational materials that faculty can easily integrate into courses and provide strategic direction on education curricula to align with the United States Standards Strategy.

Dr. Tracy Lendi’s appointment to Co-Vice Chair further underscores her commitment to bolstering educational opportunities for the national and international public, standards and conformity assessment professionals, students, faculty and developing countries.
This commitment aligns with the work of the International Code Council’s training initiatives. The Code Council’s training options offer a variety of courses ranging from beginner to advanced topics in all the International Codes. There are also opportunities for interested instructors and/or subject matter experts to assist in training sessions.
