2021 Commercial Building Inspector B2 Certification Test Academy (Online Live)

The commercial building inspector test academy is designed to assist you with taking the B2 Certification Exam. The test academy will cover in detail the topics of the exam. Throughout the academy you will be given an opportunity to answer questions that reference the exam resources. The topics that will be covered: general administration; building planning; footings and foundation; floor construction; wall construction and coverings; roof/ceiling construction and public safety and special construction of the commercial building inspector certification exam. An exam voucher will be issued upon completion of the Academy.
The exam is open book and candidates may use references during the exam. It is mandatory that each participant have the referenced noted as Required for the training:

• Included – B2 Certification Test Academy Booklet
• Required – 2021 International Building Code® (IBC®):
• Required – ACI 318-19: Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete and Commentary or Concrete Manual: Based on the 2015 IBC and ACI 318-19

Classes will be held on Monday through Wednesday:

• Monday – Required login to online classroom meeting.
• Tuesday – Required login to online classroom meeting.
• Wednesday – Required login to online classroom meeting and Vouchers for the exams will be issued and are valid for 1 year.
