State Adoptions

Codes are adopted locally. The Nevada State Fire Marshal adopted the following codes effective February 2020: 2018 IFC, 2018 IBC, 2018 IWUIC, and 2018 IECC. The Nevada Public Works adopted the 2018 IBC, 2018 IRC, and 2018 IEBC for state owned buildings. The 2021 IECC is adopted statewide.
