John Kim is a senior research and development engineer for CTS Cement Manufacturing in Cypress, Calif., and has been a steady force for CTS Cement since he joined more than six yaers ago. Active in many industry associations, Kim is involved with the American Concrete Institute, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Transportation Research Board. He speaks at association functions and industry conventions on new innovations in concrete and has a master’s degree in materials science and engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
