Ed Quesenberry, P.E., S.E., is the founding principal of Equilibrium Engineers LLC in Lake Oswego, Ore., and serves on the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations' Board of Directors. He has more than 25 years of structural engineering consulting experience on a broad range of building types, including civic, commercial, educational, medical and housing facilities in California, Oregon and Washington. A registered structural engineer in Oregon, Washington and California, he holds a bachelor's degree in architectural engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
