Code Council CEO Dominic Sims Selected as an Honoree for the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2023 CEO Awards
The Birmingham Business Journal’s CEO Awards bring together CEOs in the Birmingham, Alabama area who are most successful in leading their teams and industries.
Dominic Sims, Chief Executive Officer of the International Code Council, has recently been announced as an honoree for the Birmingham Business Journal’s (BBJ) 2023 CEO Awards.
Sims has served as the CEO for the Code Council since 2012 and is responsible for leading the strategic direction and financial performance of the organization, including its subsidiaries.
Honorees Recognized for Excellence Among Top Executives in the Metro Birmingham Area
BBJ’s CEO Awards bring together CEOs in the Birmingham, Alabama area who are most successful in leading their teams and industries. Finalists were chosen from nominations based on contributions to their company, the company’s track record of performance, the CEO’s role within their industry and their impact in the community. This year’s list includes an elite list of leaders from a range of industries ranked based on the number of employees on the local level.
The awards will be given out on Thursday, December 7, 2023, in Leeds, Alabama at BBJ’s annual CEO of the Year Awards celebration.
