The Portland Cement Association (PCA) and Simpson Strong-Tie have joined the International Code Council and the Alliance for National & Community Resilience to create the first whole-community resilience benchmarks in the U.S. The application deadline for volunteer committee openings and for lead company sponsorships is extended to February 16.
