Our members and customers are our top priority, which is why we strive to provide extraordinary customer experiences at every point of contact. Throughout 2022, we offered a host of fresh opportunities for mentoring, networking, and professional development for building safety professionals looking to advance their careers. We made it easier to prepare for certification exams with our new study tools. We celebrated our members’ achievements and applauded as they reached new heights – including 57 newly-minted master code professionals. The Code Council is proud to lift up its thousands of members as they do important work to keep all of us safe. Here is a look back at some of the ways we engaged with and supported our members and customers in 2022.
For more than 20 years my association with this organization has been an exemplary one. The Emory R. Rodgers Leadership in Building Safety Fellowship is awarded annually to a building safety professional who desires to develop leadership skills through an eligible executive-level career development program.
The Master Code Professional (MCP™) is the highest level of certification the Code Council offers as it requires and demonstrates a commitment to the profession, diverse knowledge of codes and a high level of self-initiative. Wes Remaklus is the latest to join the elite group of Master Code Professionals.
The International Code Council Member Mondays recognize ICC members and brings to light their personal and professional life. You can find these on our social media platforms, LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram, on Mondays posted throughout the year.
